Hosts with a passion – the Schmid-Ronacher family

I have been welcoming guests for many years now and, before taking over the family business,
gained valuable experience in various hotels and different areas of the hospitality industry.
These diverse insights have shaped me and shown me how important the little things are:
A warm welcome, personal tips and the feeling of truly being at home.

Hannes, my husband, is our go-to man for everything around the house. Whether it’s repairs, technical challenges or renovation work – he often tackles these himself with great craftsmanship and a lot of dedication. Together, we ensure our home stays well-maintained and our guests can enjoy their holiday in a pleasant and cosy atmosphere.
His greatest passion, however, is mountaineering. Whenever time allows, he’s drawn to the mountains – a passion that perfectly complements our home and our love for nature.

Our son Jacob is also growing up with a passion for the world of hospitality. He’s becoming increasingly interested in the hotel industry and is already getting plenty of insight into our daily life. At the same time, his heart also belongs to his great passions: downhill biking and moped riding. Which career path he’ll eventually choose remains to be seen –
but we’re excited to support him and see where his journey takes him.

What connects us is the joy of giving people a wonderful time. We want our guests
not just to find accommodation, but a place where they feel welcome and a little bit at home.

We’re happy to help with personal tips, recommendations and little attentions, and we want to help ensure that you don’t just feel comfortable with us, but that you’ll want to come back.

Because for us, hosting means more than just offering accommodation – it means creating holiday moments that
you’ll remember fondly.
