SUMMER HOLIDAY in Fiss
In the summer, a lot of things move outside for us. The children disappear into the garden,
jump on the trampoline or find someone to play with.
And the parents? They often end up sitting on the balcony or terrace for surprisingly long stretches.
And if the weather isn’t playing along, we head indoors: in the 100 m² playroom there’s table tennis,
pool, table football and Pac-Man – and for the little ones there’s a dedicated play area.
That’s how summer at FOSSA works even on days when the sun takes a break.
Hiking in Fiss in summer
From Fiss, paths lead in all kinds of directions – for a short loop just as much as for a full day on the mountain.
Practical bonus: Many routes can be started right at the mountain lifts. From the FOSSA it’s about a 10-minute
walk to the valley station. And up top, you decide how far you want to go that day.
Discover Fiss by bike
. In the Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
you will find various lines and trails, as well as numerous singletrails and tours in the region.
Important for bikers: Bike transport on the mountain railways is not included in the Super. Summer. Card.
Instead, there is the All-Mountain-Card, which allows you to use the mountain railways including bike transport.
And back at the FOSSA? You can store your bikes safely in our garage and stow away the equipment
for the next day.
Super Summer Card in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis
Guests staying with us in the summer receive the Super Summer Card.
With this card, you can use the open mountain lifts in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis without your bike and easily reach many trailheads and excursion points in the mountains. The hiking bus between the villages is also included.
Important for all cyclists:
The bike transport is not included in the Super Summer Card. For this, there is the All-Mountain Card –
you can find more information about it above in the Bike section.
And with children?
It rarely gets boring around Fiss. There’s the Funpark Fiss, the Murmliwasser and the Högsee in Serfaus –
and then there are the trails where hiking almost becomes an afterthought.
Witch’s Trail in Fiss, Explorer Path in Ladis or Pirate Trail in Serfaus:
Each tells its own story, and along the way there’s always something new to discover.
The best part: you don’t have to plan a big programme every day.
Often, all you need is a trail, a backpack and a destination the children will look forward to.
