🕒 Check-in

Your apartment will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
If you arrive after 18:00, we would appreciate a brief notification.

🧳 Check-out

We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:30 on the day of departure so we can prepare everything lovingly for the next guests.

🚗 Parking

Each apartment comes with a free parking space right by the house.
All other parking spaces are available upon request.

📶 Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house during your entire stay.
The access details can be found in your apartment.

💳 Payment

You can settle your bill conveniently on site (by debit card or in cash).

👨‍👩‍👧 Families

We are happy to provide a cot and high chair upon request.
We can also supply a bed guard and nappy bin if needed. 

🐶 Pets

Dogs are welcome only upon request. Please check before booking whether bringing your dog is possible.

🚭 Non-smoking

All apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the balconies, of course.
We appreciate your understanding.

❌ Cancellation policy

The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) in their current version apply to your stay. The AGBH are recommended by the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber and govern, among other things, cancellations, deposits, and the rights and obligations of guests and accommodation providers.
