To ensure your arrival and departure are as relaxed as your stay, we’ve compiled the most important information for you here.
🕒 Check-in
Your apartment will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 18:00,
we’d appreciate a quick heads-up.
🧳 Check-out
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:30 on the day of departure so we can prepare everything lovingly
for our next guests.
🚗 Parking
Each apartment comes with a free parking space right by the house.
For additional spaces, please let us know briefly!
📶 Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house during your entire stay.
The access details can be found in your apartment.
💳 Payment
You can settle your bill conveniently on site using a debit card or cash.
Prepayment by bank transfer is also possible.
💶 Local tax
The local tax of EURO 3.70 per person (aged 15 and over) per night will be charged in accordance with the applicable regulations
and is not included in the accommodation price.
🧹 Final cleaning
A one-off final cleaning fee is charged per stay.

As a guest at Appartements Fossa, you can obtain the Super. Sommer. Card at the applicable rate. With it, you can enjoy numerous benefits and discounts in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region.
🎿 Ski depot at the valley station
For a comfortable start to your ski day, you can use a ski depot at the valley station.
Price EURO 42.00 for a 2-person locker
Price EURO 84.00 for a 4-person locker
👨👩👧 Families
We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair on request.
We can also provide bed guards and nappy bins.
🐾 Dogs
Dogs are only allowed by prior arrangement.
Please contact us before booking so we can check whether we can welcome your four-legged friend
during your desired travel period.
Unfortunately, dogs are generally not permitted during the winter months.
🚭 Non-smoking
All apartments are non-smoking. We appreciate your understanding.
Of course, smoking is permitted on the balcony or in the garden.
