Fun & games for all ages

 Family holiday in Fiss:
100 m² of play space in the FOSSA

Family holidays work out when both sides benefit: children who can let off steam and parents who can put their feet up for a while. That’s exactly why we’ve set up around 100 m² of play space in the FOSSA – indoors, weatherproof and without the need for supervision at the playground in the village. We also provide everything else that families with young children usually have to lug around in the car: a cot, high chair, nappy bin and fall-prevention barriers are all available free of charge.

What's available in the games room

✓Pool table

✓Table tennis

✓Table football

✓Retro games console

✓Children's play area for the little ones

✓Library

The room is suitable for all ages. While the little ones sit in the play area, the older ones play a round of pool or table tennis – and in the evening it usually ends with the whole family standing around the table football.

When the play area is open

Daily from 8.30 am to 9.00 pm There is no registration and no time slots – you just go whenever you feel like it. Particularly handy on rainy days when there’s little to do at the ski resort or on the hiking trails.

Travelling with a baby and toddler

Just let us know what you need when booking – we’ll have it ready in the apartment before you arrive.
Available free of charge are:

✓Cot

✓High chair

✓Nappy bin

✓Bed guard

All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and kettle.
Warm bottles, cook baby food or simply have dinner earlier than the adults – you can do all this here without
worrying about restaurant opening times. If you don’t want to go shopping in the morning:
our bread roll service delivers fresh pastries in the morning.

Sunbathing area with trampoline

In the summer, the sunbathing area is part of the house – with a trampoline, sun loungers and parasols.
The children jump around while the parents read. You can store bicycles and bikes for free in our garage.

Children's programme in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis

There's more to do around the house than a week's holiday allows. In summer, you can take part in the Mini and Maxi Club,
use the hiking bus and take the region's cable cars with the Super Summer Card. Plus the fun night at the Funpark Fiss.
In winter, there's a weekly tobogganing evening, the Nightflow show on the Möseralm with night skiing and guided tours
of the Fiss Museum. The cross-country ski trail starts about 300 metres above the house.

Which apartment is right for your family

For families, we recommend the 3-room apartment "Sattelkopf" with 45 m² and two separate bedrooms
or the "Schönjöchl" with 65 m² on the ground floor, with a terrace leading directly into the garden – practical when little children are napping and the grown-ups want to play outside. If you are a couple with one child, the "Frommes" with
44 m² is a good choice. All apartments have a kitchen, balcony or terrace and free Wi-Fi. Each apartment comes with
a parking space right in front of the house, with additional spaces available on request. We do not have an electric
vehicle charging station, but there are plenty in the village.
